Overall

I have some offtime so I figured I would write a nice little review for comvoice.

I their 10 comvoice phone package with the router thing ( sorry I'm not tech savvy ). Anyways I like how the phones work, I like how they sound and I like the company that provided them as they were VERY nice over the phone ( I'm in texas ) so we had to do the installation and training over the phone which ( Chris I think ) handled all my questions very well.

Hope this review helps any new business owners looking for a decently priced phone system!

Just had my business phone system installed by Chris, I must say their phone system sounds GREAT. I upgraded to them from nextiva ( horrible ), and I must say their comvoice phones are AMAZING!!

I generally don't leave reviews for many companies but Chris was awesome and Kevin the sales guy didn't try to upsell me on any random crap I don't need! :)

BAD SERVICE and even worse customer service. Everything was "our fault" even though we did everything they said we needed to do. The service simply didn't work. When we wanted to cancel - not asking for a refund - we were threatened with their lawyers. What a horrible company.

Buyer beware! Some of the service worked but some of it did not. The biggest issue aside from the service that not work was the attitude of the service reps - especially the CFO. This is a small company and with such a lack of care for their customers im betting they will be getting even smaller. Overall we paid for months of service and never got what we paid for. Go elsewhere if you want a good experience and a service that works.

You gotta try Comvoice. Even if you just call them and talk to them, you'll be impressed.

They know what they're talking about...a little bit more then me, even. and that's a good thing!

The only things that matter to me are sound quality, reliabilty and price. Which they have covered.

Don't just take my word for it...go call!

Comvoice saved my business. O...

Comvoice saved my business.

Obviously, no business is perfect, but Comvoice was certainly the best fit for me.

I just have a small business, but we've got quite a few calls coming in. Which is great!

Except when we can't hear the other person or when the call drops out...then it's not so great.

Comvoice sets it all up for you, too. All the extension numbers and voice mails and direct numbers...it was pretty neat to see all the fun new features our phones had.

When we first got our phones everyone in the office was hovering around them pushing all the buttons to see what else they could do!

I never new about VoIP before and I still don't know much now...but if that's what is making my calls so clear then I gotta say...I love VoIP!!!

Thanks comvoice!

On the contrary to the other posting I have been with Comvoice for a little over 9 months now and I felt compelled to write this review to not only thank Comvoice for their professionalism and efficiency installing and setting up our new phone systems. They explained how to use the phones as well as went over my contract in depth which is very unlikely from a telecomm company. I would recommend them to any new or existing, small or large business. I also must say the people are very courteous and easy to deal with. Thank you Comvoice doing business with you has been a pleasure.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha very interesting thread we have going here... (the positive comments on this thread ALL sound as if they are from Comvoice *such a joke* Let me assist validate ALL of the users that have reported negatively about comvoice, I will give my personal 4-year testimony on Comvoice's utter lack of business ethics, organization, professionalism, reliability, know-how, and integrity).

I was with COMVOICE for 4 years and I can personally speak for their complete inability to perform as a professional telecommunications VOIP provider. Comvoice has never stepped up and been accountable (as you will see in their response below "customer screw-ups") for all of the mistakes made on our account which include but is not limed to:

*Firewall gone bad (we went without phones for three days, this happened twice, not to mention the IT expenses we had to pay to manually trouble shoot and the thousands we lost in angry clients not able to get a hold of us)

*Phone Quality - We have 100's (this is no exaggeration) of emails complaining about phone quality; they always blamed it on Qwest until we paid the extra money to run TWO internet lines (one to phones one to computers) and this made a fractional quality improvement (and was $200.00/more a month)

*Faulty Equipment- We had 4-7912 Cisco phones all go out at the same time and we were told by Comvoice that "that kind of thing happens" FOUR phones mysteriously going out????!!,

*Non-agreed contract extension - After trying to cancel our agreement in October last year (7 months early) they tried to charge us around $2300 and then after we settled to stay until contract Expiration they tried to say that we agreed to a 3 year renewal that was in a December change order in the"fine print". Yeah amongst our complete frustration we agreed to a 3 year renewal (unbelievable).

*Outsourced everything - I'm the type of person that likes to speak to on-site personnel that can both speak and understand English. My experience with Comvoice could not have been further from this. Everyone you talk to in billing, customer service etc are out of the Phillipines. There are Roosters for crying out lout crowing (loudly) in the background! These are the guys handling my phone system, my private communications data. Is it secure??, are they supervised from their home-office?? is my social security card number they have secured?, credit card number destroyed after they take it from me for payment???? I have wasted more minutes with this outsourced staff than any other company representative I have ever worked with. I have been told one thing (more times then I can count) and something else done completely different and so on..

I have had this regretful, time wasting, gut wrenching experience with: Erik Knight, John Noble, Darrell Maya, Ben Jackson, Marissa, Haylee and all the others!

Regarding the BBB - My complaint with them is currently closed as UNRESOLVED.

They also have an open claim with the Federal Trade Communications that is being pursued for their actions.

They additionally have an open complaint with the Attorney Generals office regarding this.

I am not one to complain about a company (nor do I have the time) but when a company has hurt my business as much as Comvoice it is not fair for unsuspecting consumers to be unaware of such activities. In NO way is this a comment to sway consumers away but merely to give my personal experience to the public.

I hope this helps somebody!!
