The One Stop Hobbby Shop. Excellent sales and service from all personnel. Diagnosed my T Maxx 3.3 for radio glitch. Found it to be a battery pack I had purchased there. Ron swapped it out on the spot, no questions asked. They all treat me like a customer and a friend, not just another face. My new favorite R/C shop.

I went to Cactus Rc for service on my Revo 3.3. During my initial break in period the Revo started to make slapping sound and then quit all together. I brought it to Cactus Rc and spoke to Ron about the problem. Ron helped me fix the problem and got the Revo back in service.



I bought the Revo at the Hobby Bench. Initially I took the Revo there for the problem and was told they had no clue, then they said "good luck". If you work at a hobby shop I expect the person to know what the heck they are dealing with and the problems that may occur. Terrible customer service also. I could go on and on.



I will never step foot in the Hobby Bench again! The only place for me is Cactus Rc. Prices are cheaper and you get excellent service and fair prices on service. Thanks again Ron, I truly appreciate your help with my Revo. See you soon my friend.

I brought my Revo 3.3 into Cactus RC on Sunday 1/9/11. I'm a newbie of nitro RC and I couldn't get the truck started after I had already broke a clutch spring on tank #4. I was more then a little frustrated and then I met Ron at Cactus. He had the truck running and tuned in the parking lot within 2 minutes! The truck runs awesome now and I'm tearing about the desert with it! Thanks Ron!! If your having trouble with your RC, don't hesitate to bring it up to Cactus RC - I will NOT be going anywhere else from here on!!!
