        Overall
        I would give it no stars if i could!!!

        I called simply to give them a part number of a duralast ratchet. He asked for the number and I told him(this was their exact part number all he had to do is put it in and tell me the price), I was then put on hold for fifteen minutes so I called back and gave it to them again(if they would have taken ten seconds to put that number in I wouldn't be mad). I was put on hold again for five minutes, He then picked up asked for the number again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I told him AGAIN!!?!!?!?!?!?!?!!? he punched the number in and gave me the price, IT TOOK HIM TEN SECONDS TO DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O AND BY THE WAY AUTOZONE HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH THAT MIGHT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
