Charles Herman at AMG Mortgage Group was absolutely fantastic to work with. I closed on my very first house last week thanks to them! Charles and the rest of his team at AMG were really helpful. Talk about patience and commitment to their client! They helped me snag the exact place I wanted after literally months of shopping, by jumping on paperwork we needed to submit my purchase offer on his own free time on a Saturday afternoon.
Their rates and service beat out the mortgage banks I shopped my loan with and I even better, I knew that Charles and his processor, Denise actually knew me and I wasn't just another customer to them.
