@ Erica. I want to first and foremost apoligize for your experience. I will agree that I was fully booked on this day. Although I always have a full book I will agree that this Saturday was unusually crowded. We are one of the only services of our kind here on the east valley. I am aware that you requested the goddess braids and the traditional way for hold is with product, now I am aware that some younger women have been wearing two braids silky (most mixed hair) and you wanted that silk affect. So I do apoligize, because of your hair texture and the minimal edges available the style was hard to achieve and I apoligize that it didn't look like the photos on the Internet that you are referring to. Since then I have been making it very clear to all client seeking that style that they must have long edges and a more silky texture. After braiding 3x over again, I appreciate the $5 tip you left, I did not know you were this unsatisfied. I'm willin to offer 10% off next service.

Horrible stylist! Said she could press my hair but only used a flat iron. Never used a pressing comb. She loaded on tons of mouse and gel and edge control which made my hair revert to its curly state. She braided the hair and showed me it looked horrible something I could have done in my sleep. I told her I hated it and how it looked sloppy she got frustrated told me she would take it down. Takes down one braid and says she would still have to charge me $65! I said well u should have left that in I'm not paying $65 for nothing done. She redid it by blow drying and pressing my hair with all that product in it. So much white residue in my hair. And damaging my hair doing this. She finishes and it still looks horrible I pay her and leave! Horrible experience! Oh and she doesn't even have her license she's still in school! No wonder! Waste of time and money

Treasure is awesome. I was a little upset that she moved to AZ, BUT she still takes care of me!! Her work is impeccable and prices are affordable!! And no matter her location she stays loyal to her clients!

Treasure is THE BEST at what she does! I'm so sad she's in Arizona now because now I have to wait until she blesses us with her presence in Cali.
