I was searching online for new conference room furniture and found a beautiful table through a Google image search, which led me to Markets West Office Furniture. The price was so good that I double-checked to confirm it was a new piece and not used or refurbished. I contacted the store to get a quote on shipping because my office is almost 2500 miles away from Markets West, which is considerably outside their usual local delivery area. After speaking with and emailing Rick at Markets West, I was impressed with the way he went the extra mile to arranging shipping and delivery at a very fair price. I compared the product, shipping, and delivery costs to other online office furniture retailers, and Markets West beat out every one. As for the actual items, I have to say that the furniture is beautiful. I ordered a 6 foot conference table with a solid top and pedestal bases. The pieces were in pristine condition, without a single scratch, dent, or mar in the finish. The leather and wood office chairs were also in excellent condition and were easy to assemble. Most importantly, the wood finish of the chairs perfectly matched that of the table. I am extremely pleased with the services and products of Markets West, as well as the personal service that Rick provided throughout the ordering and delivery process. I will use this company in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

We ordered a nice bedroom set. We ordered a King size mattress too. I was very surprised with how knowledgeable and kind the staff was. We had several different people help us which was very unusual for a furniture store but it was kind of nice. The store was VERY BUSY on the day that we went in so once we had picked out our items, it took us about 30mins to check out. The employees were working as fast as they could, so I cant blame them. We got the delivery option. It cost us $75 and they brought all the boxes into our 2nd level condo which was nice, they opened up all the boxes to make sure there was no damaged items. THEY DO NOT ASSEMBLE the items for you, but we knew this when we had previously asked as the store. The dresser and nightstands required no assembly which was nice and my fiances and I put together the bed in about 20mins so it wasnt too hard. I thought this place had good deals and alot of customers, so they must be doing something right.
This store defies description. Take modernist lines, and add cowhide. Take Art Deco and roughen up the edges. Take rustic and add sophistication. Take a peck of dried chile peppers, and build roosters. Take a collection of wrought iron grilles and... I don't know. I'm still reeling. Whether you love this style or hate it -- and you'll need a trip through the whole store to figure it out -- the experience of being there justifies the trip. The modernist metal facade hides an old house that the newer building was constructed around. So you weave through a maze of rooms, being confronted at every turn by unexpected objects that turn Southwestern cliches on their heads. Desert driftwood table base with glass top, anyone? Unfinished totem poles? Rabbit skin shell chair? You will never think about Southwestern design in quite the same way. And for gifts, there are a great many affordable tchotchkes, including the chile pepper roosters
