        As a landlord I just had the u...

        As a landlord I just had the unfortunate duty to have to evict three different tenants for months of nonpayment and in one case a house that was left in a complete unsanitary situation with a lot of damages. Stacey James represented me in all 3 cases, in the first 2 cases Stacey was able to get me awarded the damages I was seeking. The third case is still pending with no problems being foreseen on my side. A big thank you to Stacey for her professionalism and much needed legal guidance.
