I've never felt compelled to write a review for any experience with a company before because personal experience with a retailer is a subjective matter. However, regarding Cooper's Oil, I feel that I've had the worst business experience of my life. There was no effort to honor a contract with my landlord established with a previous supplier who went out of business (Norton Oil), which was promised at first. Nor was there any effort to offer basic customer service in suggesting another supplier by calling to transfer me to them (Liberty Oil), Even though they are under the same ownership. The office people are very rude and very unhelpful - even obstructionist. Delivery dates were promised and rescinded. Payment plans were promised and retracted. Service was unreasonably, and smugly delayed. And because of the merry-go-round of promises, lies, ineptitude, and stupidity by the employees at this scam of a business that my pregnant fiancee and I were subjected to, we went through Christmas and New Years Eve of 2013 without heat. 3 weeks total. We are EXTREMELY angry for our mistreatment, and our landlord was also mistreated and lied to as well. I strongly urge anybody in the care of these Sheisters to abandon all business dealings with them at your peril...!!
