I've been going to the office for 22 years, and I'm completely pleased with my experiences there. Each dentist is scrupulously professional and genuinely caring. They do top notch work, and they try to help find the most reasonable methods to make the work easier on your bank account. For instance, I had some extensive bonding done on my teeth, for cosmetic reasons. My smile is now perfect and glamorous. This work would have cost thousands if we had gone the route of using expensive enamels, etc. Instead, the dentist SUGGESTED that we use boding instead. The dentist is perfectly capable of doing expensive work as well, if that's what you're after. But this group is not looking to squash your bank account, like many dentist offices are. The dentist did such a marvelous job that, 10 years later, my teeth continue to look great. The cost of bonding? In the hundreds. The cost of enamels? In the thousands... So save yourself some money and get fabulous dentistry. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's well worth the drive from the suburbs to this charming, vintage Germantown office building. They have ample parking and a serene setting. Stop putting off that dental work...GO! You'll be thrilled you did...

I had to take my 92 yr old mother to Temple for a test in the Radiology dept. Her family doctor once again didn't get her referrals right. We weren't going to be able to get the test done without them. Thanks to Donna Bcssler we got the referrals & the test done. Donna was so sweet & called the doctors office, had to walk the nurse through the process 3 times. I can't say enough how much she helped us, I wish I remembered her coworker who also helped. They were so sweet about it too. Usually you get pushed around or told forget it but they did everything to make sure mom got her test that day. They made a bad situation turn into a good one. Many many thanks to you Donna !! Radiology B
I have been there several times and always felt that Dr. Wasserman was good but this last time I had the ultimate good medical care. I had been in the hospital for 2 weeks and complained of a tiny itchy bump and showed it to several doctors who told me it was from a needle stick from my IV. Then showed it to my family doctor after I got out of hospital who told me it was a scar from my IV. I then went to Dr. Wasserman who looked at it and said he thought it was a basil cell carcinoma. He biopsied it and it was skin cancer. He did a great job. You will wait when you are their because he does not move fast but I think thats good that he takes his time. For me that was great.
