I'm a young sole proprietor. I have a "virtual office" at this location. So basically, for $225 a month - I have a full time receptionist, I have business meetings in a gorgeous conference room overlooking City Hall, and an office anytime I need one. I can't fully express the difference it's made in getting new contracts with my clients. I used to meet with people at Starbucks, or in my home. Now when clients walk in to meet with me in this huge office building in Center City, their impression of me is totally different. It sort of implies my success which in turn lands me more deals. I highly recommend their services.

This is a nice venue! One of the nicest in philly! This place doesn't discriminate nor cater to one specific crowd. Each event is different and I like that the crowd depends on the event and who's hosting it. They have baby showers,kids parties, they even stay open after hours on weekends! I've attended both public and private events here over the last few years and I love it here now more than ever. The current manager Tay introduced herself to me and I find her to be friendly and more down to earth.
This company not only provides very nice furnished office space with receptionist, secretarial etc. They also take great pride in taking every oportunity to go far beyond your expectations of administrative support. I never had it so good and very cost effective too!
