Pretty cool concept this is! I work about 65 to 70 hours a week and needed to move to a larger apartment since I work out of my home a couple days a week and I was starting to drown in paperwork in my little one bedroom on Arch St. I have no time to search through a bunch of newspapers and 10 different web sites every day so after talking to Ed, one of their reps I signed up right over the phone. He gave me access to their web site and I had password to get in to my own personal site that showed me everything that matched what I was looking for. I looked every morning at 5 AM while I drank my coffee, some days there were a lot of new places to check out, some days not. I liked it because their website gives you all the information about the places so I didn’t even have to waste time calling some of them because they didn’t have exactly what I wanted. I found the perfect place in a little less than a month and finally moved in last week. I love all the room I have, a great city view and all the amenities I needed. This was a fantastic way for me to have a lot of options with no time to search. Will recommend them to my co-workers and friends. Samuel D.

Since then we purchased investment properties and insurance through their office. They collect rent for us with no issues with the tenants. Many of our tenants are long term so Iwould strongly say they are also satisfied with their estate and insurance service. Mr. Skowronski is well know in Port Richmond and I find it hard to believe the one comment I just read. I talk to so many people in this neighborhood and all's you have to say do u know Jimmy Skowronski and the answer is of course who doesn't!!!! Mr. Skowronski couldn't of been in business all these yrs if he wasn't doing something right.. His staff is super nice Margaret & Joanna I don't know how many times they went out of there way to answer my questions and help me as much as they could. Just this pass Friday they both stayed passed there working hours to help me resolve something.. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.. helpful (0) not helpful (0) comment share
My three children and I needed to find a place by months end. I was laid off of my job and my ex-husband was not paying any child support. My wonderful landlords dealt with it as long as they could and allowed us to stay in our Springfield home for months’ rent free. But then they started not being able to pay their own bills with the loss of the rent money and told me I had to find another place to live since I couldn’t pay the rent. They actually signed me up with Locators and paid for it! Locators have a $99.00 thirty day program. With money as tight as it is, it was hard to stay in a good school district; $750.00 a month for 2 bedrooms doesn’t go far in the high end Delaware county towns. After 2 weeks, I was almost resigned that I would have to move to an area with not so great schools, but then I found a place in Broomall which is a great school district! We moved in a month ago and are very grateful. Thank you to my old Landlords for signing me up with Locators!
