I called from a grocery store and they said they would call when they arrived. I explained that I lost my cell phone. They said they would call the store, I said I would wait outside. I waited 45 minutes then called again. The woman said they cancelled my cab, because they called and no one answered....how is it my fault??? I don't work at the grocery store and I said I would wait out front!!!Share Review

Horrible I called in a pickup 24 hrs in advance for my 83 year mother to be taken to 30 street station at 6am. The dispatcher quoted the expected fair and stated she is all set. At 610 no cab, called the company the dispatcher stated we don't service that area but we are attempting to get someone out to you. Hello if you don't service an area why take the call. Now my mother on the verge of missing her train. Horrible Service!Share Review
