Another thing when we went back after the fish we bought from there died since they have a 2 day return policy we were looking at the fish tanks and there were a bunch of dead fish floating in them if only we would have seen that to begin with we wouldn't have lost all that $ we put into it and a lot of heartache

First off the store is filthy my husband bought a fish that died in less than 12 hours and coincidentally anywhere between 1 and 3 fish die a day there is a parasite going through all the fish not to mention the $ we spent on all of the fish my daughters heart is broken buying 1 fish from there was the worst mistake we will definitely stick with petco/pet smart so if you don't want sick and dying fish do not go there!!!

The fish tanks are not taken care of!
The fish tanks are not taken care of! They were all green! Unbelievable for a "pet store" to have aquariums looking that bad. How do they expect to sell fish? And if there tanks look that bad, just imagine how the other animals may look/are being treated. I will never go back into this place. And I'll let all of my famiy and friends know how disgusting it is.

I have been boarding my dogs at worldwide, for the past 10 years. Every time that I pick them up, they are freshly bathed, and smell great. The empolyees there, have been with the boarding and grooming ,for as long as I can remember. They are always professional and attentive. They also have a great pet store in the upper level that carry everything that you can need. Upstairs can use a coat of paint, but it is fairly clean. Very happy overall.
