Do not get your glasses there! Worst customer service!

I ordered glasses a month ago. It was supposed to be a week to complete my order. I got a phone call a week later that my glasses were ready. We drove to Walmart to pick up glasses BUT there were no frames but lenses only.... I was told it had been a mistake and I had to wait one more week for frames. Finally I got phone call about 3 weeks later to come and pick my glasses. Again we drove to pick up glasses. To my great amusement GLASSES WERE NOT THE ONE I ORDERED: WRONG FRAME SHAPE AND COLOR. When I tried them on I could not see well. I talked to manager (DONNITA) about it. Her attitute was very rude and unprofessional. She told me it was not her mistake but the other person. Before she reimbersed my order DONNITA managed to call me IGNORANT AND RUDE in presence of my husband and other customers. I will never go there again. I wasted a whole month and did not get glasses instead I was called names. How about pick up a name for yourself. How about STUPID for screwing up my order twice.\r Did I forget to mention that place has mice. FILTHY!
