Last month, I reviewed Germantown Taxi as the worst ever taxi company.
Well there is always worst one in this world.
The woman on the phone said it would be in 1 hour, never came true. 1 hour and 15 mins later I called back, she said she was very busy and start arrnging that from THEN.
2 hours later, we called again, she recognized my phone # and hung up 5 times. I used my husband's phone and finally she picked up the phone. When I asked where was the cab, she said, "" You are screaming at me! You are so rude!"", Firstable, I wasn't screaming at all, or rather very calm because of anger.
She kept saying something like that until I suggested that I talk with supervisor about her future.
One of the worst.
Never use this company.

I had the worst encounter with Liberty Cab Service that left me stranded in the dark in a city I am new to. After waiting for Liberty for 45 minutes in the dark on a corner the rude dispatcher informed me the location did not exist. I had to find another company and I came across Victory Cab Co., I gave the same information of my location and within 15 minutes Victory had arrived. I didn't notice if the cab was clean or not because I was freezing and just wanting to get to my destination. The dispatcher and driver was friendly and I arrived safely! Thank you Victory Cab Service for picking up the ball that was dropped by Liberty Cab Service.

Do not use these people. The limousine is an old filthy car that is unwashed. The inside is disgusting with broken glass on the floor.
They were hard to find at the airport and I had to make two calls to connect with the driver. Upon pick-up for return trip, they were late. Driver had dirty pants on.
Do yourself a huge favour and stay away from this company.
A little personal information about me is that I hate taking public transportation or personal drivers.Although i have to live with it. Since there is a septa strike and the economy is whack this was my last resort. So I called them around 9:30 pm asking for a quote to go to school and since I'm getting good grades (straight A's) i asked if they have a good student discount. The representative said " hahahahaha are you kidding me? hahahahaha student discount." Then she hanged up. That was the most polite adult manner I ever seen.
When I was in labour I called victory to drive me to the nearby hospital. The dispatcher was very calming, and understanding. They quickly sent their nearest cab to my door. The driver was extremely nice, he helped me into the car and got me to the emergency lobby very quickly. He even waited by my side to make sure everything was ok. I am very greatful that this company exists!
Well, as I am writing this complaint, I have actually be on hold for approx. ten (10 ) minutes. The driver of cab # P 1355 was making a U turn on my block and he pulled half of his car onto my sidewalk. Now it didn't seem to phase the person who took my call, but, she won't be the one who has to pay for the repair. You need to retrain your drivers and your customer care reps. Obviously she really didn't care. Victory will not be the cab service that I call when I need a cab. Regretfully, V. Gorrell 2200 block of S. 67th Street, Phila. PA 12:26 PM
This cab company is absolutely horrible! I had an early morning flight, so I placed an order for a pick up time at 5:00 a.m. Instead of the typical red and yellow cabs, a white unmarked car showed up. The car didn't even have the meter in it. Therefore, the driver stated it would be $50 to go to the airport. I immeditaly got out of the cab and told him to leave. But, he continued to haggle with me, lowering the price of the fair so I would go with him. COMPLETELY unprofessional and shady! DO NOT use this company, because you will most likely have a white unmarked un-metered car show up at your door and forced into paying an inflated price, if you go with them.

In short: It was an Impeccable Experience with GREAT Customer Service.
Long Version: My fiance and I were headed into Philly for New Years Eve and knew what a hassle it would be to get in and out of the city that busy night. So we called around and were quoted several prices that evening. I had told the agent at the company that I may call her back later. When I did call back, she remembered my name and the information I told her which meant alot.So we decided to go with Victory Limo for the ride in and we figured we would hail a cab on the way back. Let me tell you honestly, that was the smoothest and nicest ride into the city I have ever had. The driver was calm, polite, and drove extremely well. We felt like a friend was driving us in. City driving is crazy too and on the way back- after waiting an hour for the cab, the taxi driver barely spoke English and was yelling at people to get the heck out of his way and cursing, as most know what it is like to be in a taxi cab in the city. Nothing like the ride in.The ride into the city was so pleasant that we wished we had hired them for the ride home too. And for the price, It came out to be nearly the same price.Awesome Experience and will definitely be using them for all my trips to and from the city
