Finally, a great piece of pizza in Philadelphia! Granted, everyone has different tastes - but I'm from NY & have been incredibly spoiled with good pizza.... I've been in Philly for 4 years now & have had so-so pizza here & there..... I just tried Trios' thin crust square pizza (1/2 regular/tomato pie & 1/2 white) & IT WAS AWESOME! I look forward to trying what else these guys have up their sleeve. BTW - met the owners, & they're really great guys, & the service was really nice too (big plus!). THANKS TRIOS! =*)

I tried Trio's when I first arrived in Philadelphia and found a new home for pizza nights! The round pizza is NY style, with a great crust. It's not greasy and the sauce is delicious - slightly sweet just like in NY. The next time I went I tried the square pie, and I've been getting that almost every time since. My favorite is the Margherita, or Rustica. Each slice of Margherita has a big slice of tomato and a healthy piece of fresh mozzarella topping it. Delicious! They deliver, but even better...its a BYOB - and a good bottle of red goes a long way here, not to mention there is no corkage fee.
