To Our Children's Future with Health (TOCFWH) is a community based non-profit agency serving over 1500 youth, adults, and families in West and North Philadelphia and Harlem, New York since 1992. The organization offers an array of programs and services, such as computer skills, recreational activities, positive adult/youth relationships, comprehensive abstinence program, educational initiatives and many more. Some community partners of To Our Children's Future with Health are Jefferson and Spectrum Health Systems, Children's Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, West Philadelphia Nutrition Center and a myriad of creative youth programs.
