Welcome to the Law Offices of Richard A Jaffe. This firm was created in 1994 to solely represent injured workers in their workers compensation, social security and personal injury claims. Before starting this firm, Richard worked for 8 years as an associate at a prominent center city insurance defense firm where he represented both injured workers and workers compensation insurance companies.

As a result of representing both sides he was able to learn how insurance companies handle workers compensation claims, and now is able to use that knowledge to better represent injured workers in their current claims.
