- Summer Camp in Philadelphia just got messier, brainier, and lots more fun! Campers spend each week exploring the museum, engaging in hands-on science activities, participating in explosive, live science shows, and having fun; all while learning! Each Summer Camp session's theme is independent of the other weekly themes. Although the basic science learning goals remain the same throughout all camp classrooms, activities, trips, and themes are carefully modified in order to be made grade-appropriate. Campers do not need to attend weekly sessions consecutively; however, campers should attend a full weekly session to get the most out of the experience. Learn More: https://www.fi.edu/summer-camp

I had a blast here back in 2009. I even relived the experience in 2017!
One of the best science museums on the east coast. Usually has a great rotating exhibit, too.
There are a lot of great displays about science here. You can look and learn about astronomy, the physics behind sports, and view an IMAX film.
