Lets talk about the real John Sobel. Years ago I had an employment case. We schedule a mediation with the EEOC. I showed up. He never did. I went home looking for a new job. He called to say "sorry, got held up with something".

Now, lets talk about John Sobel, the person. My wife is good friends with John's wife. They came to my son's bar mitzvah. He proceeded to return the dinner twice and it was reported by the staff that he was disrespectful and rude. Who goes to a party to celebrate a 13 year old which is free and insults the hosts by sending back filet mignon because it was not cooked to his exact liking? Nobody except what I refer to as a scumbag. The people at their table said it was horrific and disrespectful and were embarrassed to be at the table.
