SIMKAR is an active member of, or supports, organizations that promote cooperation in the lighting industry, higher quality lighting or lighting standards and lighting that is energy efficient and environmentally compatible. These companies include The American Lighting Association, Energy Star, Energy Star Building Allies, The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and The National Association of Electrical Distributors. SIMKAR manufactures its products in two facilities located in Philadelphia and Las Vegas. Its distribution centers are located across the United States.
