Terrible, terrible customer service. Have an "answering service", which is basically a live voicemail that is of no help whatsoever. Only open until 3pm during the work week and not on the weekends, which is inconvenient for anyone with a normal work schedule. Currently freezing in November because they have not come to prime our heating lines to use the oil. About to call to reschedule for the 5TH TIME. 3/4 times, they do not show up when they say they will, even though you inconvenience yourself to be home during that time frame. The worst part is, every time that I call to reschedule (because god forbid they call me), they are extremely short and rude, acting like it's my fault that I have to reschedule. The only time that they claimed to have actually come, they never rang the doorbell even though there is a clear sign on the door saying to because you can't hear knocking well, and just left because no one heard them. This business is by no means professional or reliable. I'm shocked that they even have enough business with the way that they treat customers.
