Worst Property Management Ever. If you guys want to rent with them or lose money as an owner to have them manage your property go ahead.Coming from an owner of 3 real estate investment companies myself I've never seen such unprofessional individuals that can call themselves any type of managers. There is an ongoing investigation on them now with the city that was just filed today. As even their contracts don't comply with the Philadelphia renter laws. You won't get any type of service or respond by on email here so don't even try it is pointless. They will keep your deposit illegally as I hope after discussing this that they will lose their licenses to manage property in the city of Philadelphia. It is really sad to see such dishonest people manage such high end properties and not even know the laws to it. The worst out of them all would be Sarah Acord not even sure how she still has a job there and put the company at risk with laziness. Just beware of this place and try not to rent any property from them unless of course you do want them to steal your money and break the renter laws.

BUYER BEWARE! Applying for a property through PAX was harder than college apps. Though initially we were reassured many students & fresh grads like us lived there. Filled out ALL paperwork like 60 days bank statements for co-signers & employer verification. Even with 800+ credit scores. Why? Want a blood sample too?

Told landlord would review paperwork to make sure everything was in order & contact us in 48 hours or less. Lo and behold, the landlord delayed for a week. After several calls, finally told he waited for "better apps" before approving us. And suddenly 3 available properties were rented in that same week even though we submitted COMPLETED paperwork first. No evictions, bankruptcy, lawsuits, police record, and YES we got the rec letters from old landlords.

Really would have liked hearing "no" after the first 48 instead of strung along b/c landlord was still lying/busy/etc. Next time I'll work harder on my admission essay & in meantime I'll tell everyone I know to AVOID!

While the houses are beautiful, the build quality is poor. Very poor. Every time it drops below 20 degrees we have no water in the kitchen. If we want is a boil water for dinner or wash plates and dishes after dinner or even just get water out of the water dispenser in the refrigerator or maybe run our dishwasher that is included in the unit there is no water. This means we have to go upstairs and use the tiny bathroom sink to do everything upon calling maintenance they tell us there is nothing you can do to fix this issue as the pipes are frozen in the walls. On top of that the heating in this house is terrible while you get to enjoy large windows in every room this causes huge huge thermal bills. The living room which is right next to the kitchen is usually about 6° difference. The fourth floor is around 77 and the first floor is around 62. The kitchen has no heater vent or air-conditioning vent. There is a van but it is completely closed with ductwork it appears the previous tenant had the same issue and stabbed the ductwork with a screwdriverto try to let some air in. There was a slow leak in our kitchen sink when the water actually did work that drip down behind all of our cleaning supplies unknowingly to us molded out the base of the cabinet and then started to leak through to the first floor. When maintenance came out they fix the sink they fix the damage ceiling on the first floor but then just put a fake wood laminate over top of the molding base cabinet. Two months later The issue occurred again and the same repairs were made. Every window has a crazy draft in the winter and all windows and crank open half of which do not line up properly and we are unable to use them because we cannot close them once they're open. Currently sitting in my home without water wish I could just cook

Originally thought this company was a bit of a scam based on the rental prices they were offering. Was surprised to find out they are completely legitimate and just have great deals on housing. Definitely recommend.

Ive been looking for a rental in Philly for about a month now and found little success on Craigslist. I came across this company on yellowpages and thought I'd give it a shot. Seems like Premier Access has a lot of properties thorughout the city which was nice because I had my choice of location. Pretty much all of there properties come with the same luxury amenities, like stainless steel appliance, central ac, parking etc. but I was really impressed by the size of the walk in closets. My husband hates that I have so many clothes but now I have a place to store them and he cant complain. Either way, these properties were more than worth it for the money.

Took a tour of one of their properties today. Was pretty impressed, most spacious rentals in Philly probably.

Wonderful staff! Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I'm from New York and had a lot of questions, but the person I spoke with on the phone answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. Mike showed me a beautiful unit that ended up being a little bit out of our price range, but put me on a mailing list so I could see anything new that might suit us. Would definitely recommend.

Scum bags

Terrible land lord. Terrible quality. Terrible experience. Brand new construction with constant pluming, a/c, heat and more problems. Land lord is reluctant to make repairs, extremely slow, and has a very unprofessional attitude. You will be charged big money for "pop up bills." You will NOT get any deposit back even when they promise it back at the walk through. This company is more trouble/money then it's worth. I have NEVER been so disappointed with any type

Of service. Don't fall for their "ascetically pleasing houses, low costs, or friendly faces" it's all a sham. Premier access property management truly gives the meaning to scum bag.
