Pratt TV Repair

If I could give Ethan 10 stars I would because his response and service was exceptional!! I called for a repair quote and he gave me one, using the brand, model number and description of what was going on with my tv. I called several tv repair services before contacting Pratt TV Repairs, and his repair estimate encouraged me to accept him immediately. Ethan arrived at my home approximately an hour after my call and my tv was working an hour after his arrival. No hidden fees, no up selling just great professional service. Thank you Ethan...you rock!!!

Approximately 2 years ago I contacted Nathan about our LG TV having a black screen but power was on. Nathan knew what the problem was and came out to our home and repaired the TV. It has worked great ever since he repaired it. I unfortunately wasn't present when he arrived to do the work, but my parents were and they were very impressed with his knowledge and precision. He is very friendly and respectful.
