Perfect Party Rentals

We hired them 3 weeks before our party for a package of bounce house and character animator. Just 2 days before the party they tell us the bounce house was not available.

After that, we were mis-quoted. We understood that the cost for the character would be lower and ended up being much more. And for that money she was NOT worth it at all. It was horrible.

She had a horrible presence, horrible custom and did NOT know how to make any games. She was NOT able to engage the kids in any games. Her face-painting was the least professional I have seen and the balloon art kept popping 5 minutes after she gave it to the kids.

Overall the experience was horrible. We felt it was a waste of money and even consider we should be refunded.

I am a professional event planner and honestly have never seen such low quality in the provision of services.

I am only giving this one star because I had to give it something...or else it would have been NO STARS! This is the WORST company EVER! Do not rent anything from them! They almost ruined my daughter's birthday party, but another company came through at the last minute. A moon bounce was ordered a month before the party and they were to call the week before. I received a message on my cell phone at 8pm 2 nights before the party. I called back for the next 24 hours and got nothing but an answering machine. I still have NEVER gotten a call back. Do not ever use this company unless you want to be disappointed!

These guys are the best! The delivery guys were on time and they were perfect gentlemen. I was really impressed by the quality,the service and most importantly the price... Great company!

These guys did a great job for my wedding! The only thing better than the service was the price. I would definitely use them again.

I give 2 stars cuz they have reasonable pricing but they have terrible service very unorganized you can tell they have not been in business long. It was a hassle trying to get the rentals they claim they call when they are on their way they dont sat in house all day for them as if you really have time when you have a party the next day. they only deliver the day before. they cant tell you a time they say in the morning call back then after noon next thing you know they show up at 730 at night. They were supposed to pick the rentals up the party after the party they never came called all day no answer line busy voicemail full call next day excuse about how they were booked with deliveries but its nice tolet the person know who is again waiting all day to make sure they dont miss them again they never called I guess people they deliver to just dont have lives or a job or other important things to do. again went through the same thing when picking up he rentals they will be there in the morning they are on their way they will be there in 15 minutes which turned into the evening again...wouldntrecommend unless you cant afford to go somewhere else besides rentals werent the best looking worn out and dirty had to clean everything off
