I bought a Groupon several months ago for 6 laser hair treatments from Metro Laser. When I called to schedule my first appointment I was told that there was nothing available for months- I did not complain. Metro Laser then called about 3 times to reschedule this appointment- again, I did not complain.
I recently relocated for a job about 2.5 hrs away. I didn't want to lose the money I had already paid for treatments so I scheduled my next appointment for a weekend. I was on my way to my appointment and got very lost having come from a new and far location- and no...I don't have a GPS. I called explaining that I was coming from 2.5 hrs away and got lost and would be about 15 minutes late. The receptionist then told me that I would have to reschedule. I begged her to let me come in so my trip was not wasted but she said there was no room. Now, you must understand my treatments take less than 1 minute from start to finish. I could not believe that there wasn't a minute to spare for my treatment. I will not be returning for the rest of my treatments. I think they have very poor business practices and customer service. I have also seen no reduction in hair and I am halfway through treatment. I do not recommend Metro Laser.
PS- I have never written a negative review before, but this situation made me so upset and disappointed that I felt that other people should be aware before giving their business to Metro Laser.
