I had a reservation for today and the van was running late. So I called the company after 10 minutes waiting. They made wait for over 5 minutes on the phone just to tell me that the van was about 10 blocks from my place. 15 more minutes passed so I had to call again. Finally the van arrived, and when I brought up the issue to the driver, he almost barked at me and told me to call the company because it was its fault.

It is a shame that not only I had to wait 30 minutes for the van to arrive but also I had to deal with such disrespectful, rude driver. Thanks god that at least the weather was nice outside...

Never showed up...lost my reservatiom

They made an appointment with me they were unable to keep. The company telephoned me and told me their Company Representative made a mistake and they would not pick me up for my trip the next day. However, they were kind enough to recommend another company that charged over 25 percent more than the quote I received from them.

You can't beat the $ 8 fair to and from the Philadelphia Airport to Center City. Although there are times when a driver has many stops you still can't beat the price and the drivers are very pleasant. It also depends on what time of the year you are traveling because if you are traveling when the kids from University of Penn are going home for break then you will be in for a long ride, but if it is not then you basically ride alone.
