This company is unprofessional and disorganized.

The tech comes over hours after he said that he was coming and was unable to diagnose the dryer and never came back!

I spoke with him several times the next day AND the day after where he claimed to return and did not! Don't waste your time with them unless you call several other contractors at the same time. This way you can brace yourself for their no-show without losing too much time out of your day

My washer suddenly stopped spinning and I was worried it would cost me a lot to repair. I researched a few service repair places. Some charged a lot just to come out and give an estimate. I called Johnson Appliance, and someone was out at my house in less than 2hrs. Not only did the gentlemen immediately knew what needed to be done, he was able to fix my 10 year old washer on the spot in 20 mins! The service was fast, professional and inexpensive. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again. No problems with my washer since.
