The food are excellent, But the waitress and waiter on the second floor have very poor attitude. I have been there many times because I like the managers and the food. But some times when there are no table available on 1st floor, I have to sit on 2nd floor, where there are no supervisor or manager watching the servants. Whenever you give less than 15% tips at checkout. The waitress and waiter would start giving you an attitude. They would chi-chat to one another, frowning at you, talking about you from behind. They would not even say thank you for my generous tips I gave them. Yet tips that you gave goes to the waitress/ waiter, but they should be glad that they are getting some tips and at least say thank you no matter what. On Chinese New Year, I went there for dinner, sat on 2nd floor again , being served by the same waitress. She again gave me an attitude, very poor behavior... came to me and asked me if I am ready. I only sat there for no more than 10 minutes looking at the menu and waiting for my other guests to show up. She was just pushing me to hurry up by approaching me twice. She again started gossiping with the other waiter about me. I am a customer and give them tips or should I say more tips if they would stop their poor attitude and serve me better and with a smile. Yes I will go there again, but Never again on second floor. They do not deserve to get any tips on second floor.
