Jeanie Almo is an exceptional therapist. She is caring, empathic, and most important – effective. Jeanie helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life. She helped me to understand where my anxiety and depression stemmed from and to develop coping skills to assist me in situations that would have, in the past, incapacitated me. I will be forever grateful to Jeanie and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist.

I highly recommend Jeanie to anyone who has any type of issue in they're life that needs professional help to overcome. I have been seeing Jeanie for about four months now and she has made a huge impact on how I react to life's common stresses. I originally started seeing Jeanie for relationships problems and she was a huge eye opener for me. In my opinion, anyone would benefit from speaking to Jeanie, she is soothing and calming. What I like most is that Jeanie gives me exercises and coaching to aid in how I react and perceive what I feel my problems are so I can handle them in a positive way.

Finding out that your spouse has been unfaithful is something that you don’t expect nor do you know how to deal with the trauma and betrayal when it happens. There are so many factors to consider in what happens next to yourself, the children, the house, etc. and whether trust can ever be restored. I was searching for answers and direction for these issues from a neutral professional and found Jeanie. She worked with me and my spouse both individually and together to uncover and address the underlying issues. I am appreciative of all that she has done to start to help us rebuild the relationship. We know that there are no overnight solutions when this type of situation occurs, but we are working hard and making progress with Jeanie’s help.
