Salon nightmare! Imagine telling a hairstylist specifics - blonder highlights underneath, a trim, blending in your lengths because you're growing your hair out. Now imagine your stylist, this one named Dawn, doing the exact opposite. Yes, I agreed to "a few lowlights", but three hours later, my hair had been turned back to its natural dark blonde color (with the addition of some overprocessed highlights that now make my hair look frosted), and a "trim" that now has my almost one length hair whacked into so many layers, I look like a throwback to the Rachel look of 1994! And, to top it off, $180!
My one consolation as I look at this distressing hatchet job this morning...my hair grows fast.

Hi, I read your review and I want to offer you a complementary refund if you were not happy with your services and I will be happy to get you another consultation for the exact cut and color you really wanted. Sometimes a photo of the style you will like is good to bring with and if you are never happy with any results you should always ask for a manager or owner. Again I hope this helps with your problem.
