Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Once again a problematic experience with Enterprise at 36 S 19th st, Philadelphia. Despite reserving a compact car several weeks ahead of time, I arrived at the pickup time I'd scheduled only to find that they had no cars at all! After waiting, I was taken to 12th and Sansom where they only had a very large Caravan available. This was not what I wanted or needed for a 625 mile drive to North Carolina. The manager did give me a free tank of gas (helped with the poor fuel economy of this vehicle), but this has been twice in a row I've had a real problem renting a car from this location. The manager had promised a free days rental from a previous rentals major mechanical problem but did not honor this, instead I cashed in my loyalty points. They really get you over a barrel because going or returning from a trip is a rush for any busy person, and one doesn't have time to resolve problems caused by Enterprise; I'll be very happy to not have to patronize this business in the future.
