Cristalvetro Glass & Mirror

Crystalvetro is insolvent and likely to not give your property back. They are clumsy and break things. The owner is having health issues and has let the business fall apart. I work for interior decorators with 15 years experience, and I've never had so much difficulty getting projects returned from a glass fabricator. Last time they replicated glass for me they harassed me to come pick it up for a week, saying that they couldn't pay the bills because no one was picking up their completed projects. They thanked me profusely for being the only one of their clients to follow through with speedy pickup of the completing job that week. This time, it has been over a year & they won't return my property. They told me they did the job but their employee clumsily broke it and offered to give it back to me unfinished. I said I really wanted the project done & would they simply do it over. They said yes. Now they don't return my calls and won't return my property. I am very close to filing a police report for theft of movable property and filing a lawsuit against them for the loss of my property. They need to call me back asap and iron this out.
