        Overall

        The owner of the company charged me triple what I should have been charged for getting my locks changed. Had locks for 2 days nd all the sudden back door won't lock correctly. I look to check it out and notice he left some old rusty parts that I guess he didn't have time to change.when I call him the guy tells me call him tomorrow afternoon...in the meantime I cant lock my door. I have 3 kids to keep safe in this house and this particular locksmith couldn't care less. They will hear from my attorney on this one.
