Horrible. The vet was in and out of the room with a 10-15 minute wait between each. My dog had an open wound and they kept asking me if I wanted them to bandage it. Later I found out why the bandage was fell off 20 feet from the door. They were supposed to give me an estimate for a cyst removal (one of the times the vet left the office) never came back with an estimate. Staff took my dog from the room without stating what they were doing. They were bandaging her (I'm not sure why it couldn't be done in my presence) my dog became very anxious from waiting so long. I decided to just get her home and do it myself. I had to call from the car to get the estimate for a cyst removal $750-900 (I found out later was extremely over priced) and then they were to call the day prior to the surgery and did not. To top it all off I attempted to complete a survey they sent me. Anytime I choose something negative I got booted out. So out of curiosity I made positive choice with no issue. A complete disgrace. Go elsewhere.
