I'm a young sole proprietor. I have a "virtual office" at this location. So basically, for $225 a month - I have a full time receptionist, I have business meetings in a gorgeous conference room overlooking City Hall, and an office anytime I need one. I can't fully express the difference it's made in getting new contracts with my clients. I used to meet with people at Starbucks, or in my home. Now when clients walk in to meet with me in this huge office building in Center City, their impression of me is totally different. It sort of implies my success which in turn lands me more deals.
