Used this service on 6/13/13 for a prom in Philly and requested and paid for pricing given for a limo and red carpet. Driver showed up driving a sedan and no red carpet - definitely NOT what I ordered or paid for when we spoke and finalized everything on Monday. We stood outside for half an hour the day of prom in dispute and he claimed he was the owner and wanted to know how to make it up. He called for the right car, but it was way across town so we had to take what he had driven. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!! Misrepresented themselves and knew I was not familiar with the Philadelphia area coming from out of town and took total advantage.

I contacted RSB Limousine for service at the last minute. They gave me a very reasonable quote based on my needs. In addition, I like that fact that it is a family-owned business which a brother and sister team work very well together to provide quality and prompt service.

the limo driver stood me up for a 4 am flight on 3/5. when i called upon reaching my destination, i was told by the owner that they had written 4/5! He said he wanted to make it up to me by picking me up so i gave him my flight info on the phone and he stood me up last last night too.

Promised red carpet service for a prom. No red carpet. When booking the limo repeated 5 times when the prom would be over. Adults gave the driver the time for pick up again. After driving off and leaving the adults driver told the kids an earlier time causing them to leave before the prom was over. They missed out on what should have been a special night. I feel really bad because I reserved the limo for them.
