I went in for a basic facial. The aesthetician sat with me for a brief Q & A beforehand. She asked what kind of facial I wanted and I replied the ""60 min Elemental Nature"" facial. (Note: on the brochure, this is listed as $80.) She scribbled something down on her clipboard, finished the Q & A, then brought me into the massage room. The massage was fine (albeit unremarkable). When I checked out, I was charged $120, which is $40 more than what had been listed on the brochure (and all of this was *before* tip). When I asked why, I was told I'd received something *other* than the Elemental Nature facial using more expensive products. Perhaps I am a sucker, but I went ahead and paid the extra (what's done is done, after all). However, I will *not* be returning anytime soon.
