My friend, who uses a wheelchair, and I used this cab company. The man swore at us, took my 10 dollars for the

7.75 fare and refused to talk with us when confronted. Called the main number to complain. The woman was nice but wanted me to call another number. I didn't have a pen but told her I would post a review. Terrible man. His cab was P0780. Avoid him.

Can't say enough terrible things about this cab company. I called the night before to make a reservation for a cab. It never showed. When I called them, they told me that they don't take reservations. WTH? Why take my reservation then? They also then attempted to extort me, saying they could pick me up if I paid them extra. I was desperate that I said I would. However, they didn't show up even then, and I had to get another cab. Almost missed my train.

Just like the reviewer below me, I too just joined for the purposes of writing this review. I have never written a review for any kind of product or service before, but this was just unacceptable and unprofessional. I reserved a cab through their website two days before I needed the service. As my pick up time came and went, with no taxi in sight, they called me 15-20 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be there - only to tell me they had "NO available taxis in the area" to take me! After informing me of this incredible inconvenience, they abruptly hung up on me, without giving me a chance to ask why or who else I could call, or most importantly, how this could happen after I reserved a cab online TWO DAYS prior?! Their service is deplorable and I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them no stars, I would.

minimum of twice a week i take a cab home because it's too late to walk four miles home. this costs me $10.50 or so, always. or so i thought until I was driven 2 miles southwest in the wrong direction, to take the expressway where we then had to pass my exit because no one in the company had thought to radio the drivers about the construction going on, then had to turn around and start from eleven blocks away from where we began. it came to 22 and though i REALLY didn't want to tip i gave him 3. usually I tip $5 for the $10 trip but this was ridiculous.

WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD EVER!!!!!!!!! one star is far to many this company BERNIE HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE !! he hung up on me twice yelled and threatened me , then he claimed he was the manager, so rude and bitter and disrespectful , do yourself a favor and do use this company... ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE MEAN SOMETHING

DON'T USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!! I left my phone on the taxi and called them a few hours later to look for it. They absolutely refused! Said that they drivers were on contract basis, said that they had no power to tell drivers what to do, tried to push off all responsibility! I called them a couple of days and they kept refusing, they were extremely rude, wouldn't pick up my phone, so I actually WENT to their office in South 12th Street to sort it out. They absolutely REFUSED to cooperate and threatened to call the police!!! The fat woman who was the manager was extremely rude!!! DON'T USE THIS TAXI COMPANY because if you lose something on their taxis you'll never get it back!! I told them I would write this review and they just said "Whatever". Stay away from them!!

Last night I took a cab from 24th and Moore to 8th and spruce and the cab driver was mad because I paid with my card and not in cash he then got mad because I didn't put a tip on my card I was going to give it to him in cash but after the way he act I didn't give it to him at all some of the drivers need more customer service training.

WARNING!!!!!!!!! This company employs very very very unsafe drivers. A cab cut me off in a busy intersection, causing me to go into on comming traffic. It could have been horriable, had i not reacted quickly. VERY VERY UNSAFE! Do not put yourself or someone you love in danger becasue of the idiots they hire. they also over charge you and take the longest route possible. VERY UNSAFE DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HEAR MY WARNING!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called a cab! cab shows up 2 hours later got in the cab the driver doesnt even turn on his meter when we get to my destination he says its 20 dollars destination was 10 blocks away 20 dollars the driver was rude and didn't even speak a word of english don't call this cab company you will be sorry.
