best hair in manayunk

I have gotten my hair cut in so many salons in Philadelphia, but when I went to 5th ave hair studio on a friend's recommendation, i found it very different from the experiences I've had before. Karina, the owner, listened to my concerns and offered me several solutions, did not rush me, and i got the best hair cut that i can remember.The salon itself is very lovely and the atmosphere very warm. I am definitely a new client of 5th ave hair studio.

Our founder and Master Stylist, Karina, has over 10 years of experience working with some of the most respected names in our industry. “So how do you really rate a salon that is beyond a salon and instead feels like an escape from the hectic day-to-day craziness? Not to mention, an extremely talented, sweet, caring, creative stylist (Karina)?? This is absolutely the best place I have ever come to for getting my hair done. I went from frizzy, dried out, breaking off, damaged hair to beautiful, silky, rich colored, chic hair. The first night I met Karina I had asked her for a chemical relaxer…she said there is no way I am doing that on your hair–it is so bad for it. She immediately suggested this Karatine treatment that I had never heard of before…I was interested…but was terrified of the price (I was just out of college, so you know how that goes). Karina worked with me. She said “Let me show you how beautiful your hair can look. I will take care of you.” And she definitely did. I went back for the treatment…and was completely in awe after that. I have received so many compliments on my hair since going to Karina. Once I went there, I never went anywhere else…and never will. Karina treats each of her clients with the utmost respect, and is more than just your stylist…she is your friend. i have gotten my hair highlighted, lowlighted, cut, eye brows waxed, manicure and pedicures, you name it. Every time I am more amazed. I go in now and say “do whatever you want” and trust that it will be more than good. I recommend this to everyone…give it a try…you will never go back to your old salon or barber. My boyfriend is going in the next few weeks for the first time…says he is skeptical? Ha, I will put another update after he goes because I am that confident.
