Wow,what a refreshing feeling to have top quality service from of all things a cab company. Right off from the start I was shocked to hear a friendly voice on the phone ready to take my order with speed and accuracy, only to have the cleanest cab I ever saw pull up as the cab was pulling up my phone rang and turns out it was the dispatcher telling me my car had arrived...I was floored by the fact with everyone I had spoken with had manners. Off I go into a cab and I was again refreshed by finding out that the driver knew the city so well he actually saved me about six bucks on my usual ride with my now old taxi company ...Philadelphia Taxi Company will always get great referrals by me
Lost my phone in a cab last night picked up from El Vez to 21st and Mt Vernon. I tried calling a few cab company and only one male dispatcher from Liberty was very helpful. He not only took my info down, but offered a couple of other suggestions. I hope that it will help, but don't think I will see it again. I hope someone riding a cab and found an iPhone with a crack screen will turn it in to the driver and driver turn it in too.
I don't know who wrote that last review, but I've never seen anyone at the company out of uniform nor have I seen any clown cars. I switched from a different company to Metro and I couldn't be happier. They take me to all my appointments, even the dentist. They're always on time and everything is "yes ma'am" or "whatever is best for you ma'am." I'm a very happy client and don't see myself ever switching.
