I know john for yrs. He's one of my co-workers. My laptop display went out on me and I took it back to best buy. They really didnt trouble shoot it. Just told me it would be better just to buy a new one. Because it would cost more than i paid for the laptop to repair it. I was telling another one of my co-workers about the issue. But being he had 2 jobs he didnt really have time to look at it. so he recommended john. He looked at it right away found the problem and even order the part before i paid him.
