One of the Toshiba computers at my office in Philadelphia needed some repairs - it was having a lot of issues with software not loading correctly/loading very slowly and freezing. I wasn't looking to have the computer out of commission for too long so I brought it here on the recommendation of one of my employees. She's used ITX bebore for her personal computer repair and they were great at getting to my computer, having it fixed and ready for pickup. All in all, great service, fair prices, and only one day of down time while waiting for the computer to be ready.
Outstanding local business. Extremely helpful with my smart phones, and kids' hand held devices.

I was having some problems with persistent viruses that Norton and McAfee just weren't quite getting. I dropped off my laptop over at ITX Computer Repair one morning before work - and since it was a short workday for me, I asked if they could have it done by 2p.m. They had it done, the viruses were removed and they updated all my virus protection software. Great service, very fast. Would definitely come back here if I had any further problems with my personal laptop.
IT Guru was able to tell me to use the power cable made by the manufacturer when I thought that the Universal cord was fine. Yet strangely, with the universal cord, my laptop wasn't holding power. It was very strange, and as IT Guru said, it was only by changing to a cable made by the Lenovo manufacturer. Also, I called around and their prices are very competitive. It was also helpful that they were available by cellphone even outside of the normal hours. Good job.
