I brought my 2005 Subaru Legacy to Nigro's Auto Body to repair the damaged rear quarter panel. Back in December, my car was sideswiped while parked on the street in my neighborhood (thank you to whoever did it because I just happened to have $500 lying around that I was dying to throw away). I had my insurance company look at the damage and provide me with an estimate. A couple of weeks ago, I brought my car to Nigro's after reading a lot of great reviews. I was greeted by Domenico who looked over my car and the insurance estimate. He told me that my insurance company cut a lot of corners in their estimate, and that the repairs would be significantly more, but he would take care of everything. Exactly as promised, he worked with my insurance company and the repairs were re-estimated to be significantly more than the original estimate. When I asked him about also fixing up the scratches on my fender from all the years in the city, he strongly advised against it. When asked why, he said told me he would feel guilty taking my money to fix them since they will only get scratched again. Instead, he suggested doing a touch up which would cost significantly less. Everything turned out amazing. You cannot tell that my car was ever damaged, and the paint was perfectly blended. They even did a couple of small bonus items for me without ever mentioning it to me until after I got home. On top of that, they completely cleaned my car, inside and out. In summary, I had a great experience with Nigro's Auto Body. Domenico's experience proved invaluable since it helped me get my car fix the right way. Their customer service is great and their workmanship is amazing. If you want your car fixed the right way, I highly recommend Nigro’s!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know about the BEST place to bring you car to be repaired. Nigros auto body at 939 washington ave. I found Nigros a few years ago and have used them time and time again. (more times then I wish) and evertime Dominic walks me through what they can do with the car and what kinda of deal they work out for me financially. The best part is they will handle teh insurance company for you. You all know how hard it is to get money from an insurance company and the numerous calls you have to make. Not having your vehichle is bad enough without having to deal with 100 calls to the insuance co. all you have to do is drop off you insurance information with your car and Dominic will take care of the whole thing. The calls, appointments, estimates, and getting the check. They're a family owned business for over 30 years and their work and reputation speak for themselves. And you don't have to waste your time getting estimates all around town. At nigros you know you're getting the best deal. Oh AND they always leave the car completeley detailed and give youa little paint jar for any touch ups you may need to make later. I love getting my car back because it's like getting a brand new car everytime.
Fair pricing with courteous service... I was shopping for a spindle for a Ford Explorer and after determining the market price online: it was time to shop brick-and-mortar style. I called a lot of parts shops and started walking the junkyards where I was finding prices way out of line compared to the online counterparts. There were a few places that came close but I still would've had to wait a day or so for them to get the part in. I stumbled into Tang's Auto Parts and found two gentlemen having lunch who didn't mind my interrupting and were eager to help. This really put me at ease considering some of the places I'd been in and out of that day. The part price was among the lowest I had seen and it was the first place where the staff did not seem to behave like they were doing me a favor. The real test though, came after I realize that I had asked for the wrong part...(woops) I had to return it a few short hours later. Tang's did not give me a hard time and they only seemed to be concerned that I got what I needed, and was happy. In the future I'll go to Tang's first
