First and last time going here service is horrible the pharmacy techs barely acknowledge you when you walk to the counter. I stood there for a good 10min. with No One in line for a prescription pick-up . I got tired of waiting so I said loud enough for all 4 of them behind the counter to hear me that I was there for a pickup and before I can even say the name another tech, a woman, yells over that they were getting it ready. This woman I had already seen be particularly unprofessional with a senior customer earlier when I came to drop my prescription off. Yelling into the lobby that the medicine they gave him was the right one for his diabetes when he brought it back. Okay first of all one thing is for certain if it wasn't the right prescription for the customer your supposed to switch it out for them no problem or explain you are either out or you have a generic brand they can use not argue with them. Simple problem solving. But what really bothers me is that as a professional in medicine you are yelling out your customers business for the whole store to know. What happened to honouring your customers right to privacy? I had heard good things about this store but with this employee representing the business I for one will not be returning. A change of clientele is so much needed.

The best pharmacy in town, hands down, I will not go anywhere else, great service and awesome people.
