        They will charge you an exorbitant closeout bill. My roommates and I gently used the apartment and were only there for 9 months. All 3 of us worked all day and basically only used the place to sleep and then go back to work early the next morning. They claimed that we "bleached" the carpet so they charged us $1000 to replace the cheap carpet. They also charged us $400 to repaint the entire apartment because there were some "scuffs" on the walls. Also charged us $28 for 4 stove drip pans which sell at walmart for around $10 and $30 for 3 cheap rubber wristbands which were pool passes that we didnt turn in.
