Stitches and Ink

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped an item off to get monogram on a Saturday and the lady told me they would give me a call once my order was ready. The following week up until Wednesday I didn't receive a call. I decided to call them that Thursday to ask if my order was ready, the lady replied " Oh yeah, it's ready". The lady never did call me to tell me my item was ready, I had to call myself to find out this information. I went to the store on the following day, Friday. When I got there the lady brought me my item and it was not done correctly. The monogram was not in the pattern color that I picked. I explain this to the lady and she said I could pick it up the following day, Saturday. When arriving that Saturday to pick up my item once again, it was still not ready! The lady then proceeded to say she would finish it within that moment. She finished the monogram within 15 minutes. Overall, this experience was horrible. This was my second time coming to this place and this is not different from the first time. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family!
