Pods

I ordered two containers. I am now on my second container; it has been raining here in Tx for the pass few days, and the second container they sent me leaks. I called them all day yesterday to try to get someone out here to fix the container, and all I got was we are calling and emailing the managers. Some of the reps gave me attitudes that was out of this world. My husband and I had to put plastic on top of the container. I called PODS from 7:00am-6:00pm centeral time trying to get someone out here to fix it. Our master bedroom furniture is in that container, and I am just praying to God that our expensive furniture is not damage. I can not understand even after they gave me the # to one of the managers why his phone kept ringing and his voice mail box was full. I did not get a call back! NOTHING! At the end of the day I was given emails for the two managers, and I have emailed them there has yet to be no response. One of the reps suggest that I take my furniture out of that pod and move it to another pod, I told her that she can come move it out and move it to another pod like moving is easy! They advertise the convenance, and how easy and not stress they service is. I highly disagree. This has be stessful and not so easy! I will not use this company again! NOR WILL I REFER THEIR SERVICE. I WILL BE FILING A BBB COMPLAINT ON THIS COMPANY! THEY ALREADY HAVE 2 COMPLAINTS ON THEM!

Best storage and moving company in the area. Wouldn't go with anybody else.
