Parkway Primary Care

dr Keller was my dr but after some events that have taken place I will never go to his office again. first off the staff has been so rude about everything whe it comes to me. any time I have a question I never get a straight answer and it takes days for them to even respond to me. so I will make this short and to the point of what happened. I c dr keller for panic attacks. I have been having them sense I was 18 so for 12 years now and I take a medication called lorazapam for it. I also take the med for serziers. so my med had came up for a refill and I had the pharmacy fax a refill like all other people do. walgreens has a refill onlone kinda deal wich makes it great so you don't have to worry about the stress of counting days and what not and u can just fill your med when its time and they do it for you. well that is what I have been doing for the last 10 years but for some reason dr kellers office decided to call me 1 day and say hey you r refilling your meds eailer and we know what u r up 2 so dr keller will no longer have you as a patient. I said what in the world are you talking about? they said well it looks like u have filled your script 3 days eairly I said well walgreens always dose that and always has done that so a person is not stuck with out not having there meds even yall say to give u 48 hours before u can refill a ned. she decided to blow up on me and be very rude and accuse me of being a drug addict. I said are yall kidding me why are yall doing this? call I please talk to the dr... no you cant he dose not want to talk to you and this is final. I could not believe this was happening and was shocked at was going on so I said ok I will find a new dr what you are doing is wrong. but I still need my refill while im in the process of finding a new dr.., because they said I had 30 days to find a new 1. they said well he wants to ween u off so we will only give u 3 pills and u will have to ween off with that... are you for real? a med I have been taking for 12 years everyday and u want me to ween off in 52hours? some real bad things can go wrong with my body if this medication is stopped. we don't care so its take it or leave it. I still could not belive they wer talking to me in the way they wer and being so unreasonable and would not even give me an answer. I have been to the hospital twice with seziers do to my medicin bein stopped out of the blue for no reason by dr keller. I am still in utter shock of the way I have been treated by them. I even tried calling them back 3 times to tell them what is going on and they just say we don't want to talk to you. if its that's important write a letter or call 911. never in my life will I ever forget the brutal and unreasonable disrespecting way dr shane keller and his staff treated me. I still just cant belive it. I have no idea what I did wrong. I asked so mant times for them to please talk to me nicely and tell me what is going on and each time they just said hang up the phone if you don't like how im talking to you.....thought id share my story so maybe someone can ovid what happened to me... thanks for reading and god bless
