Slow Care
They need to change the name to Slow care. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours last time I was there. I did like the staff tho. They are very friendly.

Long Wait/ Poor Care
Having gone to Dr. Lo for years the service you can expect is at times a 1-2 hour wait and thats even if you have an appointment. He is best to see if you don't expect much from him in the way of any long term health care. He is best in dealing with the stuffy nose syndrome. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about your whole health then I would go elsewhere and I have.
